There is the slight problem of Rycroft wanting Kay to act in accordance with his wishes. Still, a small price to pay for being able to click one’s fingers in the face of the disapproving ton.

An enjoyable second chance Victorian romance that bristles with mishaps, missteps and hard won romance.
